Our story

A musician before an entrepreneur

Piano, drums: music was part of my life long before it became my profession.

Like everyone, I have sat through restaurant evenings spoilt by music that was too loud and badly spread across the room — the kind of noise pollution nobody really knew how to deal with.

I set out to find a better way to diffuse sound. That search led me to material transduction, and then to Fabrice Parmentier, a loudspeaker specialist who knew how to make it work.

Absolut’Sound was born of that meeting.
